Zoo Lights

Well this past weekend we went to Zoo lights with our friends Eric and Heather and their little girl Abby. We had a lot of fun. We went to dinner first and introduced them to one of Heith's and mine favorite mexican restaurants called La Parrialla Suiza. There is one in Gilbert, Tuscon, and the one in Phoenix is on Tatum between Thunderbird and Cactus. It is so yummy. It is very authentic. After dinner we then headed off to Zoo Lights. Heather told me that she had never been so we insisted they go with us. I attached some photos it was not as cold as I remember it getting last time but we still stopped for our some hot chocolate and bundled up. They had some pretty cool lights, I liked the spider and the spider web which is one of the pictures. The funny part of the night was I kept smelling throw-up every now and then while we were walking around. I wasn't really sure why and so I mentioned it to Heather. She told me that Abby got sick last week in her car seat and she hasnt had a chance to scrub it out yet. Well I was trying to put two and two togehter and then I realized Abby was playing with my scarf on the way to the zoo while she was in her car seat. So the smell was on my scarf around my neck the whole night!! It was pretty funny. Well then Sunday Heith and I drove around town looking at some of the houses that were in the paper with a lot of lights. We found a few really good houses and then some not so good but we had a good time going around and looking at them. I hope you all are ready for Christmas I know we are looking forward to it. This year has been a little different for us and I am really more focused on the reason for the season then I am with getting gifts and all. I am so thankful for my husband and my family. God has given me wonderful gifts already!
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
