Saturday we met up with Chantelle and Rich and their little girl Lindsey at BJ's Brewery and had lunch. It was so much fun catching up with her. I love the fact that we have known each other since 7th grade. She has turned into a great woman, wife and mom and I enjoy our friendship so much. Plus, her husband Rich is alright too. :) Lindsey is just a doll, I can't believe how big she has gotten since the last time I saw her and all her teeth are pretty much in. I am bummed I forgot to take my camera and get a few photos of all of us. Next time, I will. We walked around the mall for a little bit with them and then headed back to our side of town. We ended up going to a friend of a friends house to watch the big fight that was on. Silva did not win like we hoped but it was still a good fight. We played some flip cup, horse shoes and just hung out. The picture above is with Kim and I. She was one of the friends that was there.
Sunday we went to church and the most of the peevyhouse family was there. Amber, Hannah, Mya, Mr. P and Hannah's boyfriends Cory. Even though we all go to the same church, some times we will sleep in and go to the late service and other times early and it seems like we are on the opposite schedule as every one else. So it was nice for us all to go to the same service. After church Hannah, Mya, Cory, Heith and I went to lunch at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, La Parrilla Suiza. Mya is getting so big so fast. She has 2 bottom teeth in and just wants to play all over the place. Her Sunday dress was adorable! I again am regretting not having my camera and taking photos. We headed home after that and just relaxed the rest of the evening. Heith went to shoot some golf balls and I did some journaling and reading. We watched the Lakers VS. Magic game and were bummed that Magic lost. We wanted them to win. The movie, Pursuit of Happiness was on TV last night so we watched that before going to bed. This week will be a crazy week as well and pretty busy for us but that means it should go by quickly!
Well that's the weekend in a nutshell. Hope you all have a good week.
