Well I officially have 2 out of the 3 valances done for our bedroom. Here is what they look like. These will go on the two side windows next to our bed. I am still in the process of making the 3rd one but I made a little mistake last night and now need to start over :( I do not have to buy more fabric thank goodness just cut out all the old stitching which is going to take a long while. This last valance is about 111" long. :) I want it to look right and match the others so this is the only option. So next week when I finish the last valance I will show pictures of them hanging up on the windows so you can see the final look. This has been such a fun project even after my mistake last night. We have not ran into too many problems. I am really glad I tried to tackle this project because I had a lot of people telling me not too and to just pay to have someone do it for you. I have saved a lot of money and have been able to learn how to sew in the process so I am glad I decided to go for it. Crystal and Mrs. P have been a big help in helping me finish them as well. So thanks ladies for the help.
