Well my project has officially started! Last night I started making the panel curtains for our bedroom. I thought it would be a good idea to start with the panels because I thought they would be the easier then the valances. Hmm.... funny I would think sewing would be easy at all since I have never sown before. It was quite the challenge. I seem to have a hard time keeping the fabric straight. Mrs. P was able to help out and get me back on path when it started to get a little sideways. It doesn't help that the fabric we chose is very hard to sew with. Well we started about 7pm and worked on it til about 9:30pm. I finished the one panel and got it on the rod and I think it is going to look great. Now I have to sew the other panel by my self! I can do it! The valances will be worked on a little later once Crystal can help us out as well too. It was so nice to finish that one and have it turn out OK. I am excited to start on the other one and anxious to do it sooner then later so I don't forget anything. Just since my last project with sewing coasters I didn't remember much so I know I need to keep working on it. Well it was so nice to see little Mya last night. She is already starting to eat some Rice cereal. She did not like it very well though that is for sure. It was so cute as soon as Hannah put it in her mouth she would spit it right out. Heith snuck a picture of her face while she was eating. I'll update more photos as I get farther along. Wish me luck!

The garage floor looks great! We did that to our garage floor too and it drove me CRAZY to have everything in the house. I just had to shut the spare bedroom doors and pretend it wasn't there!
Good job on your project. I can't even sew a button. :)
