Playing House

Well this whole week we are watching our 2 year old Niece Mya. Day 1 was not so bad. We had bath time, Mickey Mouse Time, and we went and picked out a Christmas Tree. She is not a big fan of T-bone. Every time she looks at him she points her finger at him and says T-Bone No. It's so cute. She is in the middle of potty training so that is a challenge to remember to ask her when she has to go to the bathroom, and the loads of laundry you do for all the accidents is a little overwhelming.
Last night was a little rough for her, she woke up in the middle of the night crying and missed her mommy. We put her in bed with us and snuggled close to her and she fell back asleep. Me on the other hand kept getting kicked in my back and had to sleep in a reverse position so she would be kicking my legs and not my back. Not a good night of sleep for me but I guess that's the first thing to get used to when being a parent! Tonight we are going to take her to Desert Ridge and watch the snow fall at 7pm and hopefully catch the Cat in the Hat tell the kids stories. I took this photo when I dropped her off at Day Care. Love little girls in pig tails. She only took them out two times before we got there and I had to redo them! :)
